I was impressed they were able to go back and recover pictures I thought I was deleting from the SD card in my camera. This came in handy when my laptop hard drive crashed. Not only did they install a new hard drive but recovered pictures I thought I deleted forever. Good thing I never formatted SD card. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great customer service. Very patient with helping understand my issues even though I am not very computer savvy. Will use them next time.

I had over 50 viruses infected on my PC. They were able to come to my home, pick up my desktop. Returned it in a timely manner with no more viruses. GREAT service for a GREAT price.
