OUTSTANDING SERVICE

I recently bought a cassette to clean the heads of my VCR. When I ran it the cassette got stuck. Try as I might, I couldn't get it to eject from my VCR.

I took my Sony VCR to Ableman TV & Electronics Service thinking I would drop it off and get it back sometime in the future. I was pleasantly surprised he made the repairs while I waited and it now works great again. I would happily recommend Ableman TV & Electronics to anyone. He's knowledgeable, fast and the price was fair. I was impressed! Kudos to Ableman TV & Electronics Service.

ive had my 55 inch sony for a few years now have had to replace the lamp a few times in it i wouldnt take my business anywhere else granted i have to drive for an hour to get to there location but for the price and the service i will spend the extra in gas to get there keep up the great work guys you have a customer for life

Customer service was OUTSTANDING! I brought in my TV on a busy Saturday. I did not need it that day but Rex insisted he fix it that day. This was the first time I have ever visited the establishment. He is passionate about his work and really tries to explain the details of his findings and TV education to the customers. He closed at 2:00 but stayed until 3:00, helping me and others. I like this guy and company!

I will take all my fix it needs to them!

8 months ago a local repairman fixed our large screen tv. As it turns out all it needed was a new lamp. With labor I paid about 300 dollars. We realized a couple of days later that the screen was darker than normal. viewing nite time or dimly lit indoor scenes were so dark we could not see fades and other details. I called the repairman and got nothing but backpedaling. He said it was most likely the power supply. If he were to come back out it would be another 100 dollars. We put up with this for months and finally decided to scrap the tv and get a new one. As a last resort I called a few other repair shops and even emailed Panasonic to get their take on what would cause this. Noone would dare to give any assistance over the phone. I called Abelmans, they readily gave me their best guess. I took the lamp assembly to the store and in 5 minutes he fixed the problem. The bulb had not been properly installed. My mistake was not having dealt with Abelmans in the first place. They are experts in their field and more than willing to help. they believe in Customer Assistance.

Ableman TV and Electronics Service is definitely a five star business. Awesome service, friendly and honest. As soon as I brought my TV in they started working on it. And within a few hours was giving me a call to let me it was fixed and ready for pickup and all done for the price that they quoted. I am so glad that I found them, it was worth the trip from Oregon. I would recommend them to anyone needing repair work.

Very helpful! I called to get a quote for a service call and they actually ended up fixing the problem for me over the phone. It is always nice to save some money!

Really, the guys at Ableman's are great. They have fixed a couple of my older stereo items for me, and in addition to fixing them, they gave me a lesson on the different quality of capacitors, and such. They are also completely reasonable in their pricing. I would, and have recommended them to a friend.

I cannot beleve what just happened. The HD mode went out on my big screen TV. I called Ableman and spoke with the owner. I explained the problem to him. Instead of immediately scheduling a repair visit he walked me through the advanced setup on my cable box. Low and behold after 5 minutes (yes, he spent that long with me) my TV was working perfectly. He made absolutely nothing on this repair. Nothing except a customer for life. If myself or any of my family or friends ever needs anything electronic fixed you can believe it will be by this wonderful company.

The power supply failed on my Magnavox 32", LCD. Ableman fixed it and gave me great advice and information on my future T.V. purchases. They're the best around!

I had a lamp go out on our Panasonic big screen television and Tom from Ableman T.V. walked me through the whole process over the phone as to how to disassemble the television and retrieve the broken lamp to replace it. Might sound simple, but I am like a caveman (or cavewoman I should say) when it comes to electronics, but they were very helpful and patient with me and actually had the part I was looking for! Guys at the store were very nice as well. Little hole in the wall type of store....but you're not being upsold on anything and not paying for the furnishings or lease on their establishment like other big box stores. Highly recommended!

When most other repair outlets said that my "vintage" stereo system could not be repaired as it was too old, the staff at Ableman TV was just a bit more encouraging and not only that, found the part and fixed it!!!! And the cost was not unreasonable either. These guys are great in my estimation and will do all of my work from now on.As a matter of fact, My vintage TV just went blank and being the diplomats that they are, they gently told me that it had seen its day and needed replacing. As a pensioner, a new one is really out of reach for me so I opted for one of their refurbished units at a fraction of the price with warranty from them and am now a return satisfied customer. These guys are honest and will not lead you "down the garden path". Trust them and you will not be disappointed. Ableman TV & Electronics Service is the only one for this family.

Our light when out on our LCD projection. My husband phoned Ableman spoke with Tom. He walked him through how to take the front panel off our tv, so we could bring in the part to replace. We thought for sure this would have been a house call. He saved us alot of money by walking us through it over the phone. Wonderful customer service. Thanks Debbie

These guys are the greatest and really know their stuff. All that and extremely reasonably priced too. I took my "vintage" stereo/record player in to have the record player part of it repaired. Not only did they diagnose the problem quickly, they were able to order in the part and have it back to me in short order. I would highly recommend this repair business to anyone and they will be doing all of my electronic repairs (old and new) as needed. A very special "THANK YOU" to all the staff!!

On 02/16/09 I took my Sony Big Screen LCD television to Ableman TV & Electronics Service because I had read other reviews on how great they were at fixing electronics at an affordable price. If you take anything from this review it is that Ableman's will treat you right. I took my television there and although they were busy, they fixed my TV that day. They even called me at home that evening to help me with setting up my digital cable box to ensure I had all the cables hooked up correctly. The total cost was under $200 which is less than I thought I was going to pay to get a Television of that size fixed. I live in Battle Ground, WA and it was well worth the drive to get Excellent Service and an Affordable Price. Trust me when I say, "Take it to Ableman's".

GORDON THE REPAIRMAN CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND ONLY CHARGED US $172.00 TO PICK UP TV AND

LET US KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH OUR 50" TOHIBA PLASMA TV. THEY WERE VERY

NICE & EASY TO DEAL WITH. WE HAD CALLED WOLF, THEY CAME OUT TESTED ACOUPLE OF THINGS

AND THEN SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK WITH COSTS. WOLF WANTED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE

CIRCUIT BOARD FOR ABOUT $1000.00. THEY WOULD HAVE THE TV FOR 6 WEEKS AND THEY COULDN'T

GUARANTEE THAT WOULD FIX IT. ABLEMAN TOOK THE TV TO THEIR SHOP CALLED US THE NEXT DAY

AND SAID THAT IT WAS A 87 CENT PART TO FIX IT. THEY BROUGHT IT BACK THE NEXT DAY AND IT ONLY

COST US $332.00 & THAT INCLUDED BRINGING IT BACK & RECONNECTING OUR TV. WE ARE VERY

HAPPY AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

I hadn't had a TV in the shop for years, didn't know who to call, I like to buy locally so I left an e-mail on their website asking for help, they suggested some things before sending a repairman out. When it was determined that they would need to pick it up I called Rex at Ableman and they were able (no pun intended) to meet me at my home right on time and take our Samsung 46" LCD in for repair. They kept me in the loop with updates on parts that had to be ordered. pushed it to get it done for the weekend, delivered it on time, within their original quote. I would use them again if needed, and would highly recommend them!

We brought our 32" RCA tv in today and it was repaired while we waited. Cost was very reasonable! Service was Excellent! We will definitely bring any future tv or electronics repairs to Ableman. - Thank you!

My ex has a huge flatscreen that he got from Ableman. He told me how much he saved and I didn't believe him. I went in and saved over $1000 on a really big TV. I never thought I'd be able to afford one. They helped me pick the right kind, even delivered it to my home. THANKS!!! Highly recomended!!

I purchased a Sony wide screen T.V. This T.V. retailed at over $2000 ( I saw original receipt). I paid less than $800. There are many T.V.'s there like it!!. I've made two visits to upgrade my T.V. Once for a special HD cable, the other for the digital converter. Both times I was sent away saving money or not even spending a dime!! I've told family & friends. Some of which have made T.V. purchases. I've had my T.V. for about two years and I'm very happy. I'll never buy from a big box retailer again!!! Visit them!!!

Their web site says "Call any (reasonable) time, we always answer the phone."



I called on a Wednesday, before 3:30 pm, 3 times and let the phone ring for over 2 minutes each time. NO ONE answered the phone.



They will not be getting my business.
