Brian at AAMCO Vancouver 99 went beyond to help me find out what's wrong with my car. I had no appointment, but he was able to get me in same day. Actually, I took my car in at 1pm, then it's ready by 4pm. That's excellent service. And they had pretty day at there shop. Thanks so much.

I wish I could give a negative amount of stars here, I also wish I could make a video review and post it here so that you all could see my actual anger and emotion, but I guess this will have to suffice. I took my car here (at the recommendation of my warranty company) for a timing chain on my 2010 Chevy Traverse. They told me 4 days and ended up having my car for 5 weeks and charged me $2500. After those 5 long weeks without my car, they call to tell me it's done but now has even bigger problems. Broke down on my way home. Took it somewhere else. New place had to COMPLETELY redo EVERYTHING AAMCO did. The new place said aamco didn't even do all that they said they did (and charged me for) and my timing chain is STILL broken! So now I owe the new place $3200 right. Well I contact Aamco to let them know what's going on, they act all surprised of course. Owner (who I've never met or even talked to) says he won't refund me because I didn't let him know what was going on or give him a chance to make it right before taking it somewhere else, (again, don't have his number and wouldn't know how to contact him) like id give them another chance to mess my car up again anyway right? So now I'm over $6k into a timing chain, (could have bought a new motor, or car at this point) and the owner won't even give me a call back. I will be getting my money back, that's a promise, one way or another. You'll be hearing from my lawyer soon you thieving scumbag.

P.S I have all of the parts, pictures, paper work and the new mechanics said they back me up 100% on this.

Our transmission works great and the check engine light is off, and it was over $1000.00 less than the dealer wanted. Randy, you are great and I cant say thank you enough for helping us. You ROCK!

All the people are friendly and provide straight forward answers. I was allowed to actually go into the shop and see the problem first hand. Everything was taken care of quickly and the price was very fair.
