I built a custom house eight years ago and our homebuilder used these guys for the cabinets. About five years into the new house our appliance garage door broke. I called these guys to get help and I had to deal with an extremely rude guy who suggested I go over to Portland to get parts otherwise it would cost me a lot of money if he had to send somebody out. After trying to fix the problem myself and not having any luck with places he told me to go, I had to resort to calling back this business.

To my surprise I was told this individual didn't work there anymore. I dealt with a very pleasant individual this time who told me he would work on a solution and call me back within a day or two. It has been a month now and I haven't heard from anyone. I called back today and was told he was promoted to shop foreman and he would call me back when he's not busy. I will update this ad if the solution is fixed.
