My son went in for some work and was not satisfied with the job when it was completed. He tried to speak with them 2 times both times calmly, and he was treated as though he was acting violently or as if he didn't deserve the customer service that everyone else has talked about on this page. They could not resolve the problem because they supposedly don't have the correct tool to fix it. I am very disappointed and I will not be using their business in the future.
