Unfair, illegal hiring practices. Mark allows an uneducated shift worker decide who is hired and fired. Ohio is an "at will" state. However, what this company does falls outside "at will" and into Unlawful Termination. Look up "promissory estoppel" in Ohio, and have fun with the Dept of Labor.

Best fried chicken in town. Also great pizza by the slice or whole. And home of the famous ghetto burgers!
