i was looking to buy/finance a truck with my credit problem,i found city cars,got a truck & they finance me with UNITED LENDING GROUP.they are very professional and the important part is UNITED LENDING GROUP Report to my credit and now i have good credit, thank you UNITED LENDING GROUP

Due to having shabby credit I researched all the local high risk lenders in the greater Los Angeles area. UNITED LOANS/LENDING had very good reviews I decided to call them & ask where i can purchase a vehicle to be finance through them, based of UNITED LOANS recommendation I went to CITY CARS Warehouse and got my self a nice honda accord and they finance me with UNITED LOANS.

One UNITED LOANS is extremely busy, when I call I may be on hold for a few minutes, but at least I am able to speak directly with a live person *Angie*. Two straight out the gate my interest rate was high, no matter whom my lender was going to be due to my poor credit my interest rate was going to be high, united lending/loans was very forthcoming with this information.

I had an unexpected financial hardship that caused me to become delinquent with my loan, UNITED LOANS staff was professional yet direct about the standing of my defaulted loan. Angie & all assisted me during my default and after my vehicle was repossessed. Yes, if a person does not pay their vehicle loan then their vehicle will be repossessed; this is no one else's fault but mine. The redemption process was scary at first because of the amount of money I was told I would be required to cover the loan amount that was dues, reinstatement fees, repossession fees and storage. Once I spoke with Angie directly and explained my situation and that I could not afford all the fees up front, Angie helped in getting me back into my vehicle. Angie explained that the remaining fees I was not able to cover could be added to my loan.

The company I redeemed my repossessed vehicle from was a bit out of the way, but they were very friendly and professional. The company not only gave me a discount, but they explained everything that I would be required to do in order to get my vehicle back.

With any loan a consumer must be willing to be responsible for financial obligation.

I could not find a more dishonest group if I tried!! For the young people just starting out in Cal and need a lender, Please do your home work and be careful of these people! Dishonesty is Huge and not to mention unprofessional!!!!!!!!! If there was a 0 star rating it would have been a pleasure to click that one.

Do not Belive any of bad reviews on Google,this are other companies riding bad reviews. i bee came one of there customer a month a go and i'm so glad i did. i was looking for a vehicle but there was no Dealer want to help me because i had bad credit. when i called *Eric he was so nice on the phone.when i got there Eric showed me any UNITED LENDING GROUP, this both companies CITY CARS WAREHOUSE AND *UNITED LENDING GROUP Are the best any buddy can work with.i Recommend them 100%
