I have been waiting for a package today for 10hrs I have called you 5 times and I am outrageous of the poor service your drivers provide!



I got a notice yesterday that the UPS driver was going to stop by and deliver my package invoice # 927388147013 to 5237 Denny Ave #202 North Hollywood 91601 and had a delivery time between 10:30am to 2pm at 12:45 the UPS truck came by delivered a package across the street to 5250 Denny Ave then he drove down the street and deliverd another package down the street then turned around and just passed me by. I was sitting in the window watching him and I immediatly called you and you assured me that you were going to send the driver back! I took off work today so I could be home the gate was unlocked the whole day and I have been sitting here waiting for over 10hrs!



HE NEVER CAME BY!



I am outrageous of the poor service your driver provided. I have called to track the computer told me it was on its way today and I talked to several operators and they told me it was going to arrive today but never showed up!

I AM OUTRAGEOUS AND MAD OF THE POOR SERVICE YOU HAVE PROVIDED ME WITH.
