We had a clogged kitchen sink...oh no...what to do! I needed something due quickly because I was tired of washing dishes in the bathroom sink. Our "clog" occurred on Sunday after a big meal with lots of pots and pans (of course). My husband tried to "fix it"...not.....and finally gave up and we decided to research a plumber.

So Monday late afternoon my husband called HHB and we managed to get an early morning Tuesday visit (yes, less than 24 hours).

After courteous phone service arranging the appointment, they showed up on time...7:30am.... called in advance to tell me when he was arriving. Definitely not a trait other companies have. He used booties before entering into the condo and placed waterproof blankets on the kitchen floor and even relocated items that needed to be moved since they were in the work area. They finished the work...they did it quickly...he verified that it was done properly....and explained what he did and what the warranty covered. The price was comparable to or less than other competitors. All in all, the Helping Hand Bros did a fantastic job and we will use them again...

These guys are scam artists and incompetent plumbers. STAY AWAY!!! They advertise that they will clean ANY drain for $34.95, and then they pull the old "bait & switch" game. They spent 10 minutes at my house to clear my kitchen sink (garbage disposal) drain, charged me $75.00 (after negotiating them down from $89.00), and 3 DAYS LATER THE SAME SINK WAS CLOGGED AGAIN!!! We didn't put anything unusual down the garbage disposal, and it hadn't clogged in over 4 years (since we bought the house), so obviously it shouldn't have clogged again in 3 days... IF they had done the job right! Don't let these people inside your home!!!

$35 sounds like a good deal to snake a drain, but if it doesn't work, RUN LIKE HELL. DON'T let them touch another thing just send them away. What they say is contradictory and what they don't say will cost you money. They said they needed to pull the toilet, but then I found out they could have gone through the roof. The next thing they've got the whole yard dug up and want thousand's of dollars just to go away. And they park their truck out front hours before they do anything, It's like they're stalking you. And don't believe it when they show you a root ball, I caught them taking the one they used on me back to the truck. I asked numerous times for the cheaper method and they ganged up and tried to tell me that's not what I wanted. And I asked the guy to put the extra dirt in a certain spot and they couldn't even do that right. Helping Hand with Help themselves to your money. Don't do it.

Very PROFESSIONAL ! Arrived at the time they promised , not only did they help with the drains that were clogged but they helped me flip my mattress ( I sure did use my good deed coupon ) I'm keeping them around for all my plumbing needs . Bless their hearts .

I can only say this was the best choice , the Plummer that was sent to my house was very professional , explained what the problem was and made me realize there is still honest people out there , I recommend them , I'm very pleased with their service .

My experience with Helping Hands plumbing was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, so I decided to look up their license # 953689 and found out that their LICENSE IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED... I guess this doesn't surprise with considering how we were treated as paying customers.

I don't typically go out of my way to give reviews unless I really feel that I am doing a service to other people to avoid a bad experience... Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.... THE WORST. The guy that was sent out barely spoke English and couldn't understand the scope of the work! =Scope the sewer drain with your camera and look for obstructions! He didn't finish a job because his equipment wasn't long enough to scope the drains. He demanded to be paid even though the job wasn't done and said they would email the report to us. Because we argued the next day that the job was not completed and they should come back and finish the RUDE OWNER MICHAEL said I am not going to send you a report." Don't do business with us then, we don't want your business!!!!" Nice consumer friendly attitude..But we already PAID. If you like to GET RIPPED OFF use them otherwise STAY AWAY!!!!

I have found my go to plumbers. If i have any other plumbing problems in my house I will for sure be giving them a call. They were on time, were very professional and educated on what I needed to do and I can't complain about their prices. Thanks HHB!

I found the Helping Hand Bros company through a coupon I received in the mail. I decided to give them a try and boy am I glad I did. Absolutely best service out there. I love that they were honest and did not try to sell unnecessary work to make more money. Give them a call!

The Helping hand brothers were recommended by a close friend of mine. When they showed up, they were very precise at identifying, explaining, and fixing the problem I was having. I have referred them to my family, friends and hear nothing but amazing things. To me, reliability and honesty are the key to success when it comes to the people you hire to do work in your house. I will definitely use them in the future.

This is a typical bait and switch operation. Do not expect to get your local stoppage (or any stoppage) to be cleaned out for advertised $34.95 . Plumber arrived, and said that he would only do job for $34.95 if sewer pipe was open by the time he arrived. If he has to remove a single nut to open cleanout, or unscrew P-trap under kitchen sink to open the same, then there is $33 extra charge for 1 minute worth of mandatory work to access any sewer pipe. Expect similary priced other ads-ons. They think that since they are there, you are now a captive customer, and they can rip you off since you are likely to agree to anything to get rid of your stoppage. DON'T. Throw them out, and call another company who would do it without any pre-condition for $45-$55 to take care of local stoppage. I called anoter company, and had it done for $45 without ANY pre-conditions.

A guy named Jared came out. He did not fix my clogged sink. He ran a line using one of those things that you buy at Homedepot for $2.95. Are you really a plumber I thought!?

When I called them 2 weeks later because obviously he had done nothing to improve my sink, I left a vm no call back.

I called them again and "she said she does not have time for this", when I asked her what is her manager's name she hang up the phone. Seriously!!!

My husband called them and they set up an appointment. Jared came out again to fix something that should have been fixed the first time.

Obviously, we assumed that since they had not fixed it the first time, they would come back and finish their job. Come on, how hard is it to fix a drain??? Specially when you are a plumber...

I was in the back and when I returned my husband had just paid to fix the same drain again!!! How do they dare!!!

So I called and this person with a heavy Hispanic accent answered the phone, when I told her how unhappy I was with the service she hang up the phone on me. They are fly by night scammers, THIEVES that take advantage of the white collar type of people like my husband. They are not taking advantage of me. BE CAREFUL!!! YOU CAN DO THIS JOB BETTER THAN THEM, IF YOU USE THEM YOU ARE JUST AS STUPID AS I WAS!!!
