Don't use this company. They took almost two weeks to get my car to me but even worse when it arrived it was covered with oil. Apparently a car on top of mine on the carrier was leaking. When I complained I was told to get the car detailed and I would be reimbursed. I did (it still didn't get the oil stains out of my convertible top) but in spite of promises from Albert that I would get a check, repeated emails have gone unanswered and no check. I am out the cost of transporting the car and detailing it because of their shorty service.

I shipped my car from LA to houston when I finally got it , omg it had dry oil stains all over from the car above , when I called them they just told me that happens often and they will give $25 bucks for the wash, which actually costed me $200, this ppl will not take care of you car at all, so please if you love your car don't hire this company . The money u are saving with them is not worth it .

Horrible customer service! Dispatcher and driver have horrible communication! Continuously change date/time of pickup! Would not recommend transport company to anyone!!

These UNPROFESSIONAL Transport Service LOST MY KEYS to my BRAND NEW CAR.

Do not, under any circumstances, trust these people with your car. They broke the antenna on my 1965 Imperial and refuse to reimburse me for the cost of fixing it. They took an odd route trying to get to my house, which is two blocks off of a major street, then claimed they could not get here even though I have had other large transport trucks drop off cars here before. Then, I wrote on the paperwork that the antenna was broken and the driver argued with me and crossed it out. These people are major BAD NEWS and, if you are smart, you will not do business with them.

Originally contracted with Albert of Star Auto Express to transport my car (BMW) from Texas to California

- Car arrived with Hydraulic fluid all over the roof and the trunk of the car. Albert had the opportunity to clean the car when it arrived in his lot with the fluid all over it and before he delivered it to me, but he chose not to and told me it was my responsibility to have it washed.

- Two of my lift pads were missing and Albert assured me he would either send me the pads, replace them or reimburse me for them. He did neither and no longer answers my calls.
