I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. This company is terrible, We had RAFAEL and also helping was ANDREA GOMEZ/CHAVEZ with my wife's immigration papers, first of all it took them weeks to prepare it , they always had some excuses and not answering their phones.



Application got denied for not enough evidence witch was not a surprise for how they handle their services, they had to correct names.birthdays and alot of information we spotted was wrong before filing.

And now i only have 15 days to respond. Also when we filed with them for the first time i got Rafael's word that if the application doesn't go right on their part, they would compensate for re-filing, i contacted SOCAL CONSUMER SOLUTIONS and ANDREA GOMEZ/CHAVEZ answered the phone, she told me they would fix their mistake and re-file for us, but she wanted us to pay the whole application fee again and $150 for her work. After we told her thats not fair , she just told me im sorry but i cant help your family anymore and no law help is a guarantee (R YOU KIDDING ME??) ,and Rafael had your case so just contact him. I tried calling him and he didn't answer, then he called me back and said of course he would help us, then he only texts sometimes and said we should get the information. because he was gonna send it without the fee, we got the information together and have been trying to contact him and he never answers his phone!! the same work ethics like before and NO consideration to our deadline and whats in stake.



I drove down to Socal Consumer on 14461 Victory blvd today with the information and no one was there and Rafael of course doesn't answer his phone nor texts. He has just robbed us for 400 dollars and lost us allot of money.



He is trying to ruin things for us and now we are week away from deadline and he has been strangling us along and getting us in more trouble!!!! I cant believe a person can be that evil.



DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES, NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY! THEY WILL RUIN YOU!!!!!
