I was at the facility on 07/21/2016 and my apotment was at 11:15 when I got to the office it was about 35 people in a little room that my be a capacity for 20 ia feel like if i was Tijuana Mexico the ladys on the front window are terrible I have to whait for one howr even with my apotment that it was at 11:15 and an hour after I sow the doctor I asked if some one can mail me the prescription and the apotment paper the clerk Alma just said ok but 5 minutes later I call and I asek for the name of the medicine so I can buy it Alma said that she is not going to give anything because I left and I have to be ther so she can give me the prescription and star arguing with me I had to go back to get the prescrition and it was another worker her nem was rosa or susy she looks like chola and she try to give order saying take a seat when I wasn't talking to her she star arguing with me and and she never gave me the prescription she kep it I asked her about it and she said no I will keep it
