Scam!!!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this company. Just what everyone has said sent me crap that I didn't order. If you ever get anything shipped to you from them make sure you deny the order because they will tell you that you have to pay for the shipping cost to send it back to them.

Our story is much like all these others I've read. It began with a phone call a couple of months ago asking us to try their "indestructible" hose, four to six weeks free trial and at the end of this period, if not completely satisfied, return it to them at no charge to us. Well, it was a cheaply made product and we were not interested in trying it at all. We don't have the time to waste trying equipment we know will not hold up to the job. When we next heard from them it was to find out our opinion of the hose and we gave a negative review. By the way, they didn't seem upset or surprised by our remarks, they just asked us to mail it back to them. We have explained to them that we will return the product when they send us a return postage label, because after all, that's the only way it can be at "no cost to us" as promised. We are still waiting for a return postage label...

Outstanding drill bits! Nothing compared! I do à lot of drilling of hard metals these drill bits hold an edge far better than anything on the market

Six months ago I told them never to call our company again. Last week a sales guy called again asking for one of our employees! After I told him never to call again, he stated he was a Manager and would like to resolve the issue. I told him why we wouldn't be doing business anymore and after telling him that salesmen send us products we didn't want and then charged us, then refused to do refunds. (our accountant didn't know these items were given to the mechanic team as "samples" intended to be picked up by R&D (which was a lie!) then when they didn't get "picked up by r&d" they send her a bill which we paid. this went on for 1 year! until I started with the company and started asking the right questions!.

They tell you they will send you a product to try in your shop & then will call you in a week to see how you like it. If you don' the salesmen says he will personally pick it up! but they don't call and then the shop gets busy and forgets all about it. then we get a huge bill! almost $300 for a stupid light that doesn't work! a light are you kidding me!

They refused to refund our money and it was a hassle to return an item that was under 30 days. even though it says on the invoice under 30 days. I made them pay the shipping and harassed them until I got a label.



They call companies and talk to each person until they get a yes. they are a scam! tell them to take you off their call list. there products are crap! and overpriced and they scam your employees and you pay the price!
