I contacted Ms.Garcia(property owner) regarding any open vacancies; Ms.Garcia told me she had a studio apartment for rent and told me I could go look at it and apply for it the next day. Ms.Garcia told me she just needed to contact the property manager, but reassured me I could apply the next day.

On the day of our appointment I called her, left her a voicemail, and texted her. She never responded to me; I drove to the property and she stood me up. I saw a phone number posted on top of the mailbox apartments and called it. I spoke with Octavio(property manager) and he said I could view and apply for the apartment in 2 days.
On the day of our appointment I called Octavio and Ms. Garcia , left them a voicemail, and texted them. Neither of them responded; I drove to the property and a girl let me in and directed me to Octavio. Octavio had no manners and didnt even acknowledge the fact that he had ignored me on purpose.

He showed me the studio and gave me the application. Octavio is a hispanic man and he seems ashamed of his race. On the application I checked the box that said I wanted a copy of the credit screening report. He was so rude.

I never got a copy of my credit score and I called both of them to follow up regarding the status of my application and neither of them responded.

I dont get why they lead me on and wasted my time.
