It is really bad when your office manager is extremely rude with terrible customer service - she sets the example for the entire office - when your placed on hold she will not asked you to hold she will only reply (hold on)-

I have attempted to resolve this matter 4 times within the same 10 mins calling back and forth- being placed on hold longer than a minute on the last call Manger Sara told me good luck and hung up on me , only she was allowed to talk- she dominated the call and when I calling back to just give a credit card for full payment and have my insurance reimburse me, so I would not be bother this issue anymore - I requested the Manager Sarah again she picked up and hung up the phone on me -

Their actions is very negative - not good for a company that is trying to be successful, I'm sure I’m not he only one that is treated this way -

They are rude and I do not want them to call my job. First of all, I am not the person they are looking for and second, the person who called, Barbara Toker ?, hung-up in my face. The net person I talk to, Melissa, start screaming at me on the phone. What kind of so-called professional does that. I will be reporting them to the someone. When you request not to phone on the job it should be honored. They shoud make sure they are talking to the correct person when they make their so called collection calls.

Wut you talking about?! They can't get nothing done and I had to pay them to do it ... Never again! They are liers and cheaters.

Hate the people who call themselves customer services but can not service!!!

This is the best collection agency. They make sure bills get paid. They're proactive & make sure what needs to be done, get's done!
