The driver, Carlos, has been rude and discourteous multiple times and to many people as I have traveled on the fly away. He also drives recklessly at times and I will gladly wait for the next shuttle if I see him as the driver again.

I just love taking the FlyAway bus from the Valley to LAX. It really save me alot of time & gas driving back & forth. While in the bus, I could relax & not worry about the traffic & can could read a magazine or a book. The porters are awesome, they are very helpful with the luggages!!! In turn, I would give the bus drivers & porters a NICE tips!
