Bad business!! This is by far the worst finance company I ever had to deal with. If I can give them 0 stars I would. Customer service is a group of rude unprofessional people! I do not recommend anyone to this finance company!

I've been paying monthly for over a year now. I have not missed one single payment and always pay on time. Only once was I ever a few days late, because I was waiting on my check. Since the start I've had problems about my birthday being incorrect in the documentation (this was due to my insurance agent). However, we tried to fix the problem right away and our Agent faxed them the corrections. We thought everything was fixed as they kept taking my payments without any problems. A few months later they once again told me they had incorrect information. I told them that our insurance guy faxed them the papers and I was told they were never received. Since I work I asked my mom to pay a visit to our insurance agent to make sure he sent the documents again. Which he did, right in front of her. The second problem was with one of my payments which I mailed out. For days we kept getting call, after cal,l after call that WE DIDN'T SEND ANYTHING. I was so worried because it is quite a good amount of money. I couldn't sleep and I kept getting anxiety attacks from over worrying; Only to come and find out that they just hadn't checked their mail yet, hence the reason they couldn't find my payment.



The most recent one was a few days ago. I always ask my mom to call and make my payments as I am not allowed to use my phone while at work. All my mom needed to do was MAKE A PAYMENT. Again the very first issue I explained above re-surfaced. When my mom tried to explain to them the issue, the person taking her call would not let her and wanted to speak over her. He kept telling to let him speak, why wouldn't she let him speak, that he needed to finish speaking. My mother told him all she was trying to do was to explain the issue. What I can't calmly fathom was the way he treated/ spoke to her next.

He said:

"people with manners know very well to let others speak" "this is why you(r) (kind of) people never advance in life" "WE DON'T NEED YOU, YOU NEED US" "you people need the money and later on you can't even make the payments"

My mom replied: "if you say people need have manners then you should start with yourself" "I just called to make a payment, are you going to take my payment or not?"...

Then he hung up on her. My mom was going to leave it at that since she was furious, but she knew the payment needed to be made and she called back. When another lady answered her my mom asked if SHE could help her and make the payment through her; to which the lady answered yes. However, all she did was transfer my mom to the same individual who insulted her. My mom did not want to speak with him and told him so. He told her "you wanted to speak, so speak. Go on and speak" My mom once again said "I do not want to speak to you, will you be taking my payment or not?" again, he rudely repeated his words. To which my mother once again asked if he would take the payment or not. He had no other choice but to take the payment. Due to this disgusting individual my payment is late now.



This is the worst experience my mom has been through with any company, she no longer wants to have anything to do with these people. I too am appalled by the way my mother was treated when all she wanted was to make the payment they so desperately want. I will be re-financing my car and will look for a PROFESSIONAL PLACE with ETHICS.

Please think twice before you are financed with this place.

Don't respect 10 day grace period

Phone operator Alejandra asks 1 and a million questions pretending to be helpful to then say "let me transfer you to someone else!!"

Office Manager "Carolina" needs to learn proper English before "pretending to be a manager" hangs up on you, an ofc manager would never do that!!!

Called to say I needed a few more days to pay ( my note was due 8,1,14) til 8.11.14 (since the 10th is Sunday)

NO ONE WOULD LISTEN, ASK UNNECESSARY QUESTIONS "WHERES THE CAR NOW??" IS THE CAR IN RUNNING CONDITION??"

My thoughts if you're gonna repo it, go ahead, I'll save my $400 this month!!!!

Sylvia is the only competent one within this organization, but they wont let u speak to her.

I've NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional, rude, incompetent, obnoxious, group of MORONS, that CANT and just WONT LISTEN!!!

My BP literally raises & they give me a headache everytime I try and communicate HERE

shopping for a different car & finance company....

I am not understanding why anyone has anything bad to say about this company. My experience with them has been for 3 years and I am 3 months from paying my car off! I have never been "late" and recently moved and recovering from moving expenses, I have been late last month and this month...they have been nothing but professional and helpful as they possibly can be. Face it people, if you do not make your car payment on time because of whatever reason...it isn't the car finance company's problem! They can only do so much before they get sick of you too from not ever paying on time. ALL FINANCE COMPANIES ARE LIKE THAT....ALLLLLL!!!!! Don't take a loan if you can't pay the bones!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They have the worst customer service team I have ever dealt with. The girls their are extremely rude with no professional experience at all. Where do they hire? The hood?! The way they treat their customers is as if they are debt collectors trying to collect a debt. Leticia, Claudia and Myra. The worst employees. Not to mention they all need to go back to English class, and learn the language. Managers TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER! I would assume they make minimum wage by the way they speak.
