HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! This company always has a 25-40 minute phone wait and uses contractors that try to find loopholes that prevent them from having to pay. Every time the only A/C company they use comes to my house they tell me that my coil needs to be cleaned before First American will authorize them to make the repair and wants $357 to do it. This tactic incentivizes the homeowner to pay out of pocket for the repair as most repairs cost less than $357. Last time my A/C compressor went out they wouldn't even cover the complete cost and I had to pay $193 out of pocket. Use any company over this one!

Absolutely, the worst company ever! DO NOT USE this company, not honest, not professional, not customer oriented at all. I placed a claim to fix a Maytag washer on 8/23/2015, they sent out 3 contractors that do not deal with Maytag brands, even though I told them in the claim it was a Maytag machine. I called repeated, put on hold for 45 min to 1 hour 15 mins, 4 times and hung up on 3 of those times. I called 3 other times and left messages and received no return calls. I eventually called an outside contractor and got the job done in two days and contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. Save yourself the aggravation and frustration, DO NOT USE this company

I have been trying for weeks to get my AC fixed and also the disconnect box added ( as I got the upgrade when I purchased the warranty). I have called over and over and just when you think you have found someone that can resolve your problem, it doesn't happen and then you have to start at swuare one again. I have never in my life dealt with a company that is so unprofessional in all of my 51 years on this planet. People, whatever you do, "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!" Yes, one star is far too many.

Worst Ever

At this point, one star is one too many. This company has gone completely wrong! I have been a customer for of theirs for many years and their service has gotten consistantly worse. My latest claim was when my furnace went out in December 2008. It is January 2009 and they still haven't replaced it. I will be filing with the BBB and any state regualtory agency that will listen.
