Horrible place they do fraud. Please don go with them they will mess you over and have the IRS after you! They dress very very trashy, they don’t ask questions while your filing your tax return, they assume what is “best” for you , but once your get a letter from the IRS, they say they had no fault. Please please don’t trust this place the main person Maria is very very rude and her assistants are the same. They don’t know the full knowledge of an accountant is. Protect yourself from them!

SCAMM!!!! All these people want is your money and they don’t file your taxes correctly. The tax preparers don’t even get back to you when you let them know they made a mistake. People please do your taxes ELSEWHERE. The girls there yell at you over the phone and dress unprofessional. If you don’t want the IRS after you for a mistake they did go to place more professional and HONEST.

Mucho cuidado si usted preparó sus impuestos aquí está gente está cometiendo fraude le recomiendo que pida copias al IRS para que usted se de cuenta de toda la información falsa que declaran sin que usted se de cuenta está gente están robando dinero de su reembolso y alterando sus copias de impuestos para que usted nunca se de cuenta ,pero si no pide sus copias al IRS no se da cuenta de la información falsa que declaran esas gentes al IRS y más tarde tendrá graves problemas y auditoría con el IRS y tendrá que pagar mucho dinero , investigue y se quedará asombrado al descubrir la clase de ratas que trabajan en esa oficina .

Porfavor gente bamos a dejar la ignoransia si ustedes asen sus taxis en un lugar como este o cualquier otro asegurense que el lugar tenga su licensia para que usted pueda comprovar que esas personas tienen el entrenamiento y pueden ejerser como preparadores de taxis y sepan que usted paga es porque ellos firman que se los hicieron y se asen responsables si se los asen mal. Poreso es que paga uno si no pues usen turbo tax y ya el problema aqui es que este lugar no tiene licensia so cuidado uno como consumidor paga para un buen servicio y esta gente ni respeto al cliente tienen para tener un negocio tiene que en primer lugar servicio al cliente y que el cliente tenga derecho de ser preguntas como pedir sus licencias sin ser rechasados al servicio por aser esa pregunta lo triste es que estan jodiendo a su misma raza gente mayor pero hay un dios que todo lo ve

I have been here continuously and continue going because they always provide me with outstanding customer service. I have been to other tax offices and they have yet to offer me the same amount as this place does. The girls are all so helpful and are always on point. The girls are also bilingual which is a big advantage!!!!!overall great experience every time I have gone and I will continue to do so :)

Have been a loyal customer of this tax place for the past 3 years. I have never had any problems, on the contrary the girls that work there are very helpful and nice. Maria does a great job! If you're looking for a reliable and secure place to do your taxes this is the best place in Van Nuys!
