Starting coming after I saw a group of people running around the block. The owner/instructor Stacey is wonderful, very supportive and wants to make sure you can do the work outs. There are three levels, don't try anything more than beginner unless you've been working out the last five years. The workouts are a combination of running, squats, push-ups, wall-balls (heavy ball you throw in the air and have to catch in squat position), and others. Work outs change from week-to-week, so it doesn't get repetitive. You also get to meet nice people as everyone has a similar goal (get or stay in shape).
