Asher and his crew did a great job with our new roof. We had so many problems with the old roof including dry rot and termite damage on a large amount of our facia and eaves. We had Asher and his crew remove the old tile roof, replace all the plywood and re-paper. His crew was on time each day of the week and they worked full days completing the job on time. During the work, they were very careful and kept the job site clean. Each time we talked to them, they were very polite to us and made sure to listen to what we said. Our neighbors are kind of picky so we asked the workers to be with extra careful when they worked and they completely understood us. More than that, they took care of some small details that we wanted addressed such as the gutters and the drains. Communication was excellent and the cost was competitive. I would definitely recommend them to any of our friends and family.

All the positive recommendations here are spot on. AP Roofing did a fabulous complete re-roofing job on our house. Their cost estimate was in line with other estimates we received, plus they threw in an extended 15 year materials warranty at no charge. We opted for radiant plywood, Thermasheet radiant barrier, and extra venting for the non-attic addition part of our house which added to the overall cost but should be well worth it in terms of comfort and lowering our utility bills during the hot summer months. The tear-off and installation crews were highly professional and answered all my questions while I was on site. The entire project was started, completed, and inspected according to the contract, and the cleanup was impressively thorough. Bottom line is that we love our new roof and have nothing but great things to say about AP Roofing.

AP roofing was recommended to me by the solar company that we wanted to hire. Asher came out when scheduled, did a massive inspection, presented to me few alternatives of solutions for the roof, and took care of everything in a reasonable and timely manner. All the City permits were issued by him because he is a city inspector as well.
The crew were polite and efficient. It's a noisy job, but they were respectful of the neighbors.
We had not even 1 problem with communications between us to Asher or his crew, billing, or paperwork.

I couldn't be happier with my new roof that was installed by AP roofing 2 months ago. The service from Asher was above outstanding. Before he gave me an estimate for the new roof, he perform several inspections on it and he recommended me to remove the old one and to install the new one instead. He explained to me why it will be the best thing to do and based on the pictures that he took, he explained me why the existing roof can’t be repaired or patched. Before meeting with Asher, I spoke to several other roofing companies who also came and checked the existing roof. Asher also helped me to apply for a Hero Loan too so I will be able to have a new roof with small payments plan. The work crew was kind and courteous and very professional. My roof was replaced in three days. I highly recommend AP Roofing.

I hired a construction company to do a complete remodeling of my house. As part of the remodeling, I had to get a new roof. The contractor that I hired, told me that he will have to hire someone for the work and he quoted me with a separate price for it. While I was checking it, I contacted few of my friends that did their roof recently and I was able to get a hold of AP roofing. I met with Asher and I presented him my quote after he was able to inspect the property. Asher was able to beat that price and he gave me a better price for the new roof. Asher was able to make me feel comfortable with his knowledge and experience about roofing without giving me some nonsense estimate. The roof came out amazing! And my contractor was happier than me that he also decide to have him as one of his vendors for future projects. Asher was able to nail it! He also was the project manager, was always available to any calls/texts about any question or concern that we had. All related issues were addressed in a short manner. Asher says he wants the customer to be happy and he means it. There were no hidden charges and everything was delivered as promised and on budget. They are my go to company for all future projects now.

Asher is a professional and honest person and he was able to manage his people to complete the replacement of the roof within short time and within the budget that he set in his estimate. His big experience and knowledge represent the quality of the roof. This company is definitely best! We had a roofing emergency when our very old roof starting having some major leaking issues and needed to get a new roof. We also needed a roof for the 2 balconies. We were looking for someone that have a lot of experience and knowledge in order to be able handling this major work at the house and mainly someone that we can trust. Now, after the work was completed, I can say that with AP Roofing, we were in excellent hands! Asher came over and gave us his fair and honest estimate. He was very knowledgeable and for sure professional! What we also liked about him was that he stopped by every day to manage and check how the work is being done and to make sure that we are happy. He always answered his phone so, if we needed him, he was there for us. In addition of being a roofer, Asher is also certified by the city and he can issue permits for his work. He also gave us a written guarantee for his work which, to us, it is very important. At the end, when the new roof installation was completed, Asher issued the permit himself. Not only is the roof strong and durable but it is also so aesthetically pleasing. I am so happy I found AP Roofing online. I would probably give them an extra star not only because they did an amazing job, but they have the most amazing customer service and even with the good Yelp reviews, they exceeded our expectations in every way.

Asher was super honest with us when we needed to replace the roof at our house. I don't know what i would do if i had to hire someone else for this job.

We just had our new roof installation completed with AP roofing and we couldn't be happier with the new roof. The new roof needed to be installed due to several leaks and the age of it. We recently purchased our house and it needed major updates including the roof. Initially, we were going to work with our main contractor to replace the roof, but after second thought, we decided to hire this company for that. We also made a research about them and we read their reviews and checked their license, bond and other documents about AP roofing and we found out that Asher is also a certified inspector from the city which was the main reason for us to hire them. The new roof installation was fast and Asher also replaced all the gutters around and made he installed a sun light panel which was a perfect idea.

The roof that we have had some leaks and we waited for the summer time to replace it before the winter. From all the companies that came over to our house, we felt very comfortable with AP Roofing (Asher). Asher was very professional and polite with us. He also have a special permit from the city that allow him to inspect the work and to issue the permit in the name of the city. In addition to his qualifications (that other companies doesn’t have at all), he was able to give us a great price and he promised to complete the work within maximum of 2 weeks. The work went smoothly and without any problem what or ever. Asher managed his workers and the work including the permits took a little bit less than that. During the work, Asher visited the house several times and he made sure that all is good and without any mistakes. The roof was completely replaced. Asher gave us a great warranty and he said that it will cover any problem we may have.

AP Roofing does a really great job! They came out as promised and stayed until the roof was finished and the yard totally cleaned up. After they replaced our roof, we had some wind damage which was totally unrelated to their job. They came out and fixed it at no expense to us. We feel as though all of them including.
