It was my first time using movers and I was very nervous because of the horror stories you hear. Well I was pleasantly surprised. They were super prompt, friendly, professional, didn't try to pull anything over on me. There were no hidden fees or weird language in the contract. They took really good care of my furniture which is light in color and expensive. They didn't get a scratch on anything. It took a little longer than I thought but all in all, I would highly recommend.

I received a quote for my move over the phone. When my furniture was delivered 10 1/2 Hrs Late, the movers would not unload until I agreed to pay over 2 times the estimate. I was lied to by the office about them having made several phone calls to me (none were made at all). When I called to find out what was going on, the office told me that if I didn't like their service they would not deliver my furniture at all. Please do not use this company--they have no idea what customer service or good business integrity is.
