Alex and one other rep came out last week to give us the lowdown on our six year old Kenmore washer. Tish had set the appointment, very friendly and helpful.
Alex let us know that the transmission needed to be replaced and a follow up appointment was set by Tish for yesterday . Alex and one other rep came out earlier than the appointment time , how nice is that, and worked for over an hour to fix the problem . All is working fine, the work was done very neatly , and the fee was very reasonable ! I would give Alex and the team 10 stars if I could !! Great job !!

This is the second time doing business with this establishment; the first time was through Home Advisor for the dryer and today it was for the washer. Both times we've had Robert. Very professional: on time, courteous, very knowledgeable and diagnoses the problem promptly. Works very efficiently. We are extremely happy with the service and prices, which are very reasonable.

A few weeks ago my Whirlpool washing machine started producing some kind of burned smell. My husband, being a pretty good electrician, was able to figure out that the motor needed replacement. I found Airflow Appliance Repair online and had been set up for a Saturday morning service which was convenient to us. The repairman was on time and had part necessary in stock. We used our 15% off labor discount (found on airflowappliance.com) and ended up paying around $210.

I recommended Airflow to my cousin and she said she was happy with the repair they din on her Sub-Zero fridge. Will use them again.

Scheduled an appliance service with them online. Next morning, I received an email confirmation AND they called my cellphone to confirm the appointment. I requested a 6pm to 9pm appointment timeslot. The appliance guys arrived at 9:00pm. I actually expected them to not show up since it was getting late. Their office is in Van Nuys, but they still showed up to my Irvine home late on a weekday night - awesome. They fixed my washer/dryer in less than 1 hour. Also, they took the time to explain to me how to use my washer/dryer in the safest way to avoid any damages to the machines. It was close to 10:00pm when they were done, but they took their time to explain how to use my machine.

I received excellent service from these guys... would hire them again for their courteous, patient service. 5-stars for still showing up for my service request so late on a weekday night, and also for taking their time to teach me some tips on using the appliance instead of rushing out the door!

My front-loading washing machine is making lots of noise as the tub rotates on the wash and (especially) spin cycles. I called Sears, and they told me that it is likely a spring that has come loose/broken that holds the wash tub in "true" when it spins. The machine goes through all the cycles with no problem. I described the problem when I called Airflow and they dispatched technician who already had the description of the problem and even the part ready. I didn't have to explain it again as he new more about my washer than I did. The repair - 4 springs were replaced - was quick. The price was pretty reasonable - I paid $30 for parts and after 15% off labor discount ended up paying $76 for labor. I'm happy with outcome.

In the past few months I had two different problems with my kitchen appliances. First, when the milk in my Whirlpool fridge was spoiling in a 2-3 days time. I tried to adjust the temp control to set it to the lowest temperature possible but it didn't help.

I called Airflow Appliance Repair to take a look at it. The mechanic that came over replaced worn out damper control.

He also cleaned the dust and lint under the fridge (I have two dogs and never have time). He told me it's necessary to do every now and then to make the refrigerator work more efficiently and showed me how. I paid $185 for the repair and could not have been happier with the result!

Second time I called them was when I had a problem with my GE oven over the holidays. The turkey wasn't getting ready in time... I tried to adjust the temp to no avail. After awhile the oven stopped working completely...

What a disaster!! I was really nervous when I called Airflow for help. They were really understanding and dispatched technician within an hour. What a relief!

He changed the heating element and I was happy to be back on track with my dinner preparation (I paid $155). Airflow proved to be reliable and I recommend them to all.

Avoid this appliance repair business! They charged me over $400 to install an icemaker and when it stopped working just 2 months afterward, they wanted me to pay a $35 service charge just to return in addition to more labor charges when they arrived. I told them no. I would never use these guys again!

Paid them to come out and fix washer. The repair technician has been out 4 times and has been unable to fix the problem. I paid over $200 to replace a part, which doesn't look like it was the problem because the washer still leaks. I now have a soaked laundry room (25+ gallons of water) on the floor.



The company refuses to refund the money despite the incompetence to fix the problem.

The tech came to my house collected the service fee and said that he will order parts. He never called or came back. Its been over a month now.

This company is GARBAGE! They came out about 2 weeks ago to my house, spent 5 minutes looking at my refrigerator and tried to charge me $600. I checked online and the part costs only 17 dollars............ I asked the tech how long it will take to fix it, he said about 20-30 min........... World Class Rip Off! I didnt know technicians make $1200/hr :). i guess i just wasted 12 years in med. school for nothing... should have just learned to fix appliances :)... joking aside, this company is a rip off!

Called them a few days ago to take care of my washer. The guy came out. Took it apart. He was there trying to figure out whats wrong with it for about 30 min. After 30 min he told me that there was a problem with a control board and it would take about 3 weeks to get it. I mean come on, its a kenmore washer and parts should be available for it. I paid the service call fee and told him to leave. I called another appliance repair company and they had the part and fixed it for much cheaper. i wont call them again. By the way these guys are also called AirFlow appliance.

Called them to come out and fix my oven since their ad says "same day service" and turned out to be that they didnt have any appointments available that day or the next day... interesting.... so why do you have that on the ad if you cant do it? Just to lure people in? Shady! you should rename your company to "Shady Appliance Repair".

I never before was so angry at anyone! These people are Frauds! They charge like there is no tomorrow!!! I called them to fix my oven, and this F***king guy straight up tried to rip me off like I was a little dumb kid! DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!!! Save yourself money and nerves! After the technician left I checked them out on Better Bussines, www.bbb.com and of course they had an "F" grade Service!

I was recommended this company by a friend of mine. He had some work done on his appliances about a year ago. He told me that they did a good job. When i called them a few days ago to fix my washer, i really didnt have a great experience with them. First of all they were late, second of all the pricing was pretty high. The technician was pretty nice, but that didnt make things better when he gave me the estimate. I dont know, maybe they were good a year ago, but now they are really not that affordable.

THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDS! I Called them to repair my oven about 2 weeks ago. Some guy came that didnt look like a technician and i dont think he really had any good experience. He was at my house for like 10 minutes and gave me an estimate that was WAY TOO HIGH!!! I had to still pay him for coming out... that sucks! The next day I called another company and they came out and fixed my oven for half the price! AND also it was not even the problem that the other tech told me!!!! These people are looking to rip you off!!!! If you had sevice with them before, i would call some other company just to double check their work!!!! NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Great company will definately use for future repairs and will recommend it to all my friends and family.

Great company i needed a service on a saturday which is my only time off work and they do same day service. Called the company and spoke to one of the dispetchers which was very profesional and nice. They answered all my questions and sent out the technician. When the technician came out he knew what he was doing and was able to repair my oven the same day. I am very satisfied with this company...

Called company and got service the very same day. My refrigerator was broken and all my food was spoiling i was so worried to lose all my groceries. When the technician came to my house he was able to repair it the very same day. I am very satisfied with the service and definatelly will use this company for any future repairs.

Don't believe the "same day service" in the ad.
