I’m a customer of this company called Advocates For Fair Lending his founder and manager is Mark Shoemaker Law Offices 3750 E Anaheim St # 201Long Beach, CA 90804-4016

I gave them 7000 dollars since December 2008, They haven’t done anything for me.They have never returned my phone calls nor even give me a courtesy call for status..nothing it was unbelievable.They have an office in Van Nuys, San Fernando and Long Beach, one office has no idea what the other office is doing. One office was asking me for docs that they haven’t received. The other office already has the documentation needed. I’m going after them, the day before my Notice of Trustee Sale, they wanted me to file a Bankruptcy, to make the thing worst, they have a partnership with this Attorney Oscar Acevedo Law Office 8001 Laurel Canyon Blvd Ste 204. North Hollywood, CA 91605. (818) 767-9003 to file Chapter 7 . I spoke with one of the paralegal at his office in North Hollywood, they have instructed to file a Chapter 7 only with Advocate’s customers, if you are already immerse in this matter you should know that Chapter 7 does not protect your home, in other words, you lose your house anyways.One more thing back on July when I was late on my last payment and my due date was over. The next day they called me, out of the blue, they said if they have not received my payment for certain date, they will cancel my case. They were never responding to my doubts. I’m about to lose my house for their misguidance and ignorance..their professionalism is zero.
