This company wasted my families, time, energy, and money. They did not provide the services that were paid for. It has been months of contacting them via phone, email, and in person with zero response. My family lives 8 minutes from their business. We are local and try to support local. They make empty promises and still months later the issues have not been fixed. I should have googled them prior because there are many claims of bankruptcy they have filed.



They killed plants/flowers, disposed of or stole plants/flowers, and didn't provide enough materials (mulch) to finish the job.



My family is left with a large empty hole in the front yard. Do not purchase services from this company also known as Gardeners Choice.



I feel so strongly that no one should use this company that I will help you find another company. ANY other company! No one should have to go through this type of horrible customer service.

I called in with measurements of my flower bed and was told I needed a yard of top soil. Three weeks later, the dirt has settled and there is a inch (in some places) deep of sand. I called and the manager criticized me for calling and saying something 3 weeks later then was rude about figuring out a solution. I said I wanted the top soil I bought and not the sand I got and that it killed my flowers I just planted. He said sand would not kill flowers if I watered them like I was suppose to. He said that he would give me a half yard of dirt. I said the issue was that I did not want the sand in my flower bed that I had to put the dirt that the truck dumped in my front yard into. He said that there could not be more than a wheel barrel full and that they would try to remove it. Do not buy dirt here unless you don't mind sand in your flower beds and cats using your flower beds as a litter box.



Thank you for coming the same day to deliver the new top soil, even when I was told it would be a few days. The two men who came to drop off the soil were very nice. They shoveled out the top part of the bed that had sand in it. They left the new dirt in the same place the old stuff was at, so I can get to putting it in when I have time. I asked if this amount of sand was normal, understanding that some debris would be present because of different truck drop off (even if I was the first drop off of the day) and he said no this was not the normal top soil and that I should ask for a discount on mulch to cover up the soil and help hide if any more sand settles to the top.
