I love the selection's, products, prices, customer service. Then why only 1 star? I am sitting in flat bed cart now for 30 minutes because as usual birth of the TWO handicap scooters are being used. I ship here one time a week at least and every time I have to wait. At times I am in line with 3-5 other disable customers waiting for scooters. It is a disgrace a nation wide large store only offers 2 carts per store.why do I keep coming back, unfortunately it is the only store in the area that offers several items I need. They do not support the disabled, disabled veterans, or seniors. I an desperately trying to find an online store to order my items from, Menards won't ship these. I am on a limited income so I am unable to buy my own scooter get. I have saved some and hopefully can find a used one off Craigslist, let go Etc. Week it's note been 45 minutes. If it wasn't for my dog needing did. I'd be gone. This sucks. They should be ashamed. 60 min now and 2 more disabled people waiting.

Awesome store and very helpful staff. Everyone even walked us to
the area we needed. The store is
so big. Amazed at the choices and prices.
