Terrible customer service. Sales, install, and customer service department gave me differing information about my install, and then ended up taking my money for a job not even done. Even after I cancelled the contract. Go somewhere else to save being ripped off.

Empire had: type of carpet I was looking for, best color selections, best price.They sold me what I was interested in instead of trying to sell me something I didn't want. Install took place over 2 days.The first team of installers left behind some concerning issues, We called the installation supervisor Craig Osler and sent him a few pictures.Craig assured us he had a clear understanding of the problems, promised to correct them to our satisfaction on day 2. His best installers came to finish the job. Concerns were clearly addressed and resolved. Craig followed up with a phone call to ensure we were happy. We are very happy with our carpet and delighted with the installation results. It's beautiful. Understanding that problems can and do arise, what matters to us is that they are promptly and cheerfully resolved. Craig demonstrated Empire's commitment to customer satisfaction. He came through for Empire, and we would recommend this company to our friends and family (in fact, we have)!
