I will never ever go back to this place since Susan has moved to Texas... I let the lady that worked for her cut and put low and highlights in my hair...I had called and made an appointment and she was so unprofessinal she was the only one there and had some walkins come in while she had the dye in my hair she went ahead and cut there hair and ended up leaving the dye in my hair 20 min longer then she was suppose to and the color did not match up.. then she was in such a hurry to cut my hair cause she said she had to leave early... I asked for my hair to be textured for extra volume and angled around my face...After she cut my hair it ended up being so so thin.. I had spikes about 2 inches long sticking up from the crown of my head... When she angled it it made me look like i had side burns... It was the most horrible experiance i have ever had with my hair... It is so many different lengths now... I had long beautiful hair and she ruined it.. I even went to another salon and the said there was absolutly no way to fix it and they would not do anything to it.. Im so devistated with my my whole experiance there and i am so disgusted everytime i fix my hair... I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy thats how bad it is...
