Living in N.Y, most of my life, now living in Ar I have yet to find food to compare to N.Y's finest. When the Grand Opening of Frank's Restaurant opened, I hesitantly wanted to try their food. Upon my amazement, I was shocked. They have the closest N.Y. Italian food I could get living out of N.Y.
