They placed a brand new Trane unit Jan. 2008. Had a R-22 freon outside unit and they matched it with a R-410 air handler. Motor in the air handler was replaced 2 times before the air handler completely died. The first time the motor was replaced was the same day they installed and started it. Should've known at that point who I was dealing with. Find another AC repair service Marlin James is a bunch of Shysters!! Now I have to replace the whole unit.

You get what you pay for! I had Superior Heating & Coolin Magt. Inc. do their 10 minute $35 "service" and 4 hrs later notice the outside unit making a loud noise. Called them back out and was told I needed a $500 fan. The situation left a bad taste so I call Marlin James who installed the system. They found wires out of place that caused a systematic distruction of the unit. They replaced boards, capasitors, wireing, fan motor, even the compressor, and the bill could have been $6K but it was covered under MJ warranty. I can not thank Marlin James A/C and their techs who worked two day well after dark to get my a/c back up and running. In this economy we need companies that we can trust and I totally trust Marlin James Air Conditioning. Thanks again guys!

I called Marlin James A/C after a cheep anual service company tampered with my fan motor. Everyone at Marlin James A/C was friendly, knowledgable and professional. The techs responded quickly, explained the problems and made the repairs in a timely manor. The price of the repair left me with a smile. I highly recommend Marlin James A/C.

I have used Marlin James Air Conditioning & Heating for about 17 years. They are very knowledgable, professional, fair, and above all, HONEST. When they say it's fixed, it is fixed and fixed correctly. If there is ever a problem, you can be assured that it will be resolved immediately. This is one of those businesses that I have no problem with them working in my home, even when I am not there. I trust them completely and would go nowhere else for my a/c needs. They also are now doing plumbing and I am sure that their plumbing side will be handled just as professionally. Look no further - Marlin James is the best! Aloha in Brandon

I used Marlin James service 2 years ago on my house AC. They were great. So I came back and used their service again recently on my rental property. No surprise, they did a great job again with a very reasonable price. I would not go any where else to do my AC work. Marlin James is the place to go!!!

Need to finish the job properly.

After I had Superior Heating and Cooling Mgt., Inc. do a cheep "service" within 4 hrs the outside unit started to make noise. I called Superior & they sent a diffrent tech which said the fan motor was going bad and for a $500 it could be replaced. This left a real bad taste in my mouth. I call Marlin James who installed and warranties the unit. Before they could respond it stopped working. Whatever had been done to the unit made it systematically fail and it blew everything from capasitors to compressor. When the Marlin James crew responded it took hours to figure out what had been done and how to correct it. Due to parts being ordered it took two day to get it up and running again. The MJ techs worked until 9:PM the second day but was determined to have it working properly before they left. People we truly do get what we pay for! I will not make the mistake falling into the cheep service trap again. Thank You Marlin James for all of your hard work to correct Superior's mess.
