I understand that substitutions sometimes have to be made but the flowers and fillers that were chosen were not equivalent to the beautiful zen garden feel that was pictured. All the flowers died within three days, I did not get the balloon I paid for, and I had upgraded to the highest arrangement. It was definitely not worth the $90 I paid for it. Very disappointed. 1 star for the effort I guess.

I was really not pleased with this company I counsel a delivery for one day to the next day I was expecting it to be there in the morning and it wasn't it didn't get to her until after 1 o'clock not good. Won't use them again.

On a holiday weekend I needed to send flowers to a funeral. I tried FTD and they could not guarantee the delivery would be made in time. I called Schultz's and left a message on their machine with little expectations. Much to my surprise, the owner called me in an hour and said that she could make sure the flowers would make it in time to the funeral. The flowers were beautiful and arrived on time! When I received the receipt I noticed that she included the delivery fee in the desired cost! No surprise fees! I have never been happier with a florist!

Have been a long time customer. I am always very happy with what Sandy and her crew send to my loved ones. Good quality and good value for the money. Schultz has been in business for many, many years and has always done a wonderful job!!!
