Pay-less did a good job at my mother's home and I will use them again if needed. The service man explained what he was doing with her air conditioner and made my mother and me feel comfortable with the repair. everything works like new.

I was referred to this company by a friend, and I will definitely pass their name on. On time and with a thorough diagnosis. Getting some more life out of the old air conditioner!

Came out to our home to just add coolant. Then after talking us into cutting into the ducts (to see if there was hair slowing our air flow down) he severed our A coil (4 out of 5 loops). We didn t know it at the time but we had no AC in the worst heat wave in 53 years. With a pregnant wife on bed rest we slept in the basement for a week! Now after having to have the A coil replaced and coolant added that will actually stay in the system we are out about 1300.00. All we wanted was Payless to pay for the new A coil. After refusing we are now forced to take them to court. Using Payless has ended up costing us to pay a lot more!!! Too bad we couldn't give zero stars!

Payless Heating fixed my furnace and was on time with the appointment so there was no waiting..The repairperson was very polite and professional. I was very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

They upgraded my 30 yr. old hot water heating system and cut my utility bill almost in half. They didn't even have to replace my boiler! The technician was very informative and was able to correct my system's design issues. Other contractors wanted to sell me a complete new system when they couldn't figure it out.
