If I could give Bucks Bicycle Shop a 0 star, I would. Horrible customer service. They do not treat you as fellow cyclists. They will not give you any advice, tips, or anything. All they want is your money. On multiple occasions, I have gone to them to seek help in servicing my bike(in which I would still pay them their outrageous costs) and instead of helping me, they say... "just go on the internet and search for videos on youtube". The employees are just not willing to help you in your best interest. And to top it off, when I ask to speak to the owner about these issues.... "the owner tells the employee" that he is just too busy to spare a few minutes in talking to me. To summarize all this up, I would rather drive 30mins to the michigan city or the chesterton bike shop then to go to the local bucks.

This bike shop offers excellent service to each and every client they have. If I were to rate them, would surely give them five stars!

The bike shop that I can recommend to not only biking enthusiasts but also for those who are just beginning to love biking. Great shop!

Their bikes are made of high quality materials. I love that they put much value to customer service and are fast to deliver great results.

Great service, great prices.
