We met with 3 roofing companies before selecting Peak Performance. While slightly higher, we felt more comfortable and confident with them. Without question, they looked at a neighbor's roof to get the same color/shingle that we liked even though it's not what they typically use. They were prompt to call to set up delivery and work and answer and questions we had. They were very professional and stand behind their work.

A+++ From beginning to end. Professional, understanding. Worked within my budget, and I only wish I could post a photo of the finished product. Outstanding. One small glitch, fixed immediately. I am super-excited about my new roof!

I'd give them a 4-star only if they'd answer their phones. The people that works at Peak seems to have only one phone to share; their office phone. Good luck trying to call the PM or SM; they don't have cell-phones or don't want to give out their cell-phone numbers. The biz card only shows the office phone number.



On the day they worked on my roof, the workers came(contractors all Spanish guys), no one from Peak came to meet or talk to me. I called their PM or Sales guys but all I got was the darn office number that sometimes no one would answer.



The work was OK, I guess well see in a couple of years, and they did what I think they supposed to do. Their price is lower than most contractors I called.



The only major issue I have with them is their lack of communication.

This roofing company is Awesome!! They are professional in every way!!!! They did a fantastic job. Our roof looks beautiful! They did the job efficiently and the clean up was incredible! They offer exceptional quality at a Great Price too! No reason to call anyone else for a roof. My husband and I highly recommend them. As a matter of fact, my husband already has, to one of his customers a few weeks ago. My husband's customer's roof is already done and my husband's customer couldn't be more pleased!!!

We are very pleased with the service we received from Peak Performance Roofing. After receiving 4 bids we chose Peak Performance because of the expertise advice we received from Rich Adams and his crew. He took pictures of our existing roof problems to show us, educated us on quality roofing materials his company uses (pipe flashings, perimeter sealant strip, etc.) and was a phone call away when we had any questions or concerns. Rich walked the neighborhood with me as I pointed out what I didn't want to happen to my roof. He spent an hour explaining and showing samples of all the materials that were going to be used in the process. He gave us a folder with all the information and material samples for our perusal. The proposal was detailed in writing and the terms of the contract spelled out completely that we felt confident in trusting this company to do the work. They included a list of addresses of other Peak Performance roofs so we could see the quality of the work. The crew did a superb job laying it down and cleaning up. We had a friend in the rehab business inspect the job when he was painting our chimney top. He was highly impressed. Peak Performance sent enough men to complete the job in one day which impressed the neighbors as well as us. We felt like family when it was completed. We trusted Rich with picking the roof color and love it. In fact we were so impressed we had them install a roof on our aunt's house in Webster Groves. Again, Rich picked the roof shingle and color and we are extremely satisfied for the second time. Our comment to Rich and crew is this: Hope you are around in 25-30 years for the next job! Peak Performance Roofing installed a new roof on our home in September, 2010. We solicited bids and interviewed three roofing contractors, and felt Peak was the most professional and competitive. They were also on the "pre-approved" list of our insurance company (State Farm), which greatly simplified the claim and payment process (our old roof had suffered hail damage).



On the whole, we were very happy with the entire process. Peak's representative, Mr. Richard Adams, brought roofing samples to our house such that we could compare them to our brick facade and see how the colors would look together. The crew did the work in an expedient and professional manner and totally cleaned up everything at the end of the job. One piece of aluminum fascia covering got bent during the roofing process and Peak replaced it after the roof installation with no problems or hassles. The final bill was in order with no "surprises". In all, a very professional job from the initial bid to final completion! I would recommend this company with no reservations.



We are very proud of our new roof - we went with a "slate look" architectural shingle. Anyone that would like to see it can drive by 926 Locksley Manor Drive in Lake St. Louis.

I will definitely call Peak Performance in the future and will whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone. They came out when they said they to survey the job. Their bid was very competitive. They showed up when they said they would show up. And, they left the house looking untouched.

I am 100% pleased with the service and the job and I plan to continue using them for future renovations.

My experience with Peak was perfect. The roof and gutters look great. Dealing with the staff at Peak was a true pleasure. They did eveything they said they would do and MORE!

As an owner of a rental home in a distant location I have found Peak Performance a vendor I can turn to with confidence that I can turn to for quick, efficient and reliable work. They have, twice, reacted quickly to concerns that I have received from my tenant and were able to communicate to both myself and the tenant about what needed to be done, when and, for me, how much. This has always happen in a way that is both satisfactory but also calming for me because I am unable to be there and for the tenant whose concerns are relaxed.



I have been extremely pleased with how well the work has been done when I get the chance to visit the site in person. And it is especially pleasing to have the tenant also brag about how they were treated and quickly the response was addressed.
