Dr. Newcombe and her staff are to be commended for their professionalism and generosity toward their clients. Very clean and fair clear billing rates. My cat was saved by Dr. Newcombe and staff- they all worked many late hours and charged a fee that was so reasonable and low that I felt compelled to make sure they hadn't overlooked something in my bill. I have continued to take my pets to Paradise Ridge and have complete confidence and respect for the staff and Dr. Newcombe - my heartfelt thanks all @ PR pet clinic!

I've come to this clinic for at least 10 years. They are always very good to me and my pets.

BEST PLACE EVER!!!

We have been clients at Paradise Ridge Pet Clinic since 2002 with a wide variety of animals treated. As a small animal clinic we have mainly brought our dogs and cats to Dr. Newcomb; however, we've also had her neuter our pot bellied pigs and rabbits. She has even welcomed our pet rat and a sick chicken!



If we could, we'd give her a 10 star rating! She is an amazing doctor that has solved many mystery aliments over the years and treats both her human and furry clients with kindness and compassion. If she can't treat the problem, she will help you find a specialist that can!



Be leery of disgruntled "1" star reviews. In all the years we have known Dr. Newcomb & her staff we can honestly say they go ABOVE and BEYOND for their clients. There will always be people that want everything for nothing.



You will NOT be disappointed by a decision to bring your pet to Paradise Ridge Pet Clinic!

WORST PLACE EVER!



I do not recommend it to anyone.



Well today we took our dog in because he was having digestive problems. We walked in and they barely looked at him. Then they started making ASSUMPTIONS on what could have been wrong. So then they told us it will be $260 just to drug him and who knows what else needed to be done. We asked if they can bill us and they said no. We offered to pay the $200 in cash because we did NOT have anymore money until a few more days, They still said no. We had no choice, but to grab our sick dog and go.



We sat outside trying to figure out where to go. THEN the receptionist came out and DEMANDED us for the $40 just for them to look at him.



We decided to go to Countryside Vet in Valley Center. They were so kind and took our dog right in. They look at him and did NOT demand money right there. We ended up paying the SAME amount for over night boarding, food, play time and antibiotics.



Another one of Paradise Ridge customers, who helped us with our dog that day, saw that they put money way ahead before our pets' health and he told his wife they are never going there again either. It is such a rip off!

Save your TIME and MONEY and go to Countryside vet!

They took so much stress away that the other "Vet" put on us and now our dog is in good hands!
