Okay they did fix my amp after a month and a half, but it was only suppose to take a week. After repeated calls which they never returned I got in touch with them on a Saturday six weeks after I originally brought it in. They told me they would start it and it would be ready on Monday. I drove down there and still not done. Finally finished on Tuesday than they charged me more than they quoted. If you take your item to them make sure you get a hard copy of the estimate otherwise you have no leg to stand on. Even a better idea find someplace else to take your repairs. Avoid this business at all costs.

These people came to my home charged me $200.00 for bulb that I did not need. Then left the back of my Dlp wide open. I found out from another repair service that I never needed a new bulb because the problem was a power supply issue that Old towne never bothered to fix. When I called them and told them about this they said they would send someone to repair which they never did.

If you have a need for repair of any electronic equipment such as t.v.'s, radios, computers etc, Old Towne Electronics is the place to be. I received a very reasonable estimate for my T.v repairs and the young gentleman made me feel more than comfortable. I dropped it off Came back a couple days later and was very pleased with the customer service and repair.

I am so glad to have found Old Town Electronis and Mohammad Jaleel he is such a wonderful person. I am a senior citizen on SS my T.V. broke it was only 2 and a half years old I called the big box store I bought it from they told me it would be $1,200.00 to repair I was devestated I dont have that kind of money after some thought I decided to see if there were any old time repairmen around and found Old Town in the yellow pages I called them . They were great I orderd the part on Sat. morning Mohammad was here on Wed. to put it in and the whole thing cost me $253.00. He explained everything to me so I could understand and gave me his cell # and told me to call anytime I had a problem. I can't remember when I had that kind of service from anyone. This company have been in business more than 15 years, The good thing we like about their service that they do house calls for any electronics and their local house call is only $35 and they will fix any brand tv and on the spot. their prices are very reasonable. we took our dvd plyr last week, they charge us $20 for estimate,, they told us the part (laser picup) was $125 and labor was $50 and they recommend us not to fix the unit because we can buy other dvd plyr less than $100.. we decided not to fix the unit.. they can also fix computers and laptops. We live in benicia so It is easy for us to bring small units on shop and they always service our big screen tv at our house.. We will recommend any one to get their sevice. they are honor roll with BBB... and for House calls always ask for Mohammad (owner).. Thanks

They will take your money for an "estimate on repairs" and not even bother to actually open it up to find the problem and then quote you a huge price for a repalement part just to get you to leave.
