These people at this store do not know what the word PROFESSIONALISM means. First of all when you walk into the store, every employee is supposed to scream across the store and greet you with a, "Hello, welcome to Aarons!" That is very rude and annoying. Second of all once you have a product from them and they call you about a late payment, they rarely will leave a voicmail if you don't pick up and they only call you while you are working. I've been dealing with this company for about one year now and everytime they have called me has been during my work hours, and when I do get the chance to call them they put me on hold to try and ask every employee who was it that called me in the first place, once that is determined I then have to tell them why i'm calling their unprofessional store. As well as why do they have to have such ghetto customer service representatives? The delevery men aren't even all that much better, one that comes everytime can speak english but has a very strong accent which makes it difficult to understand him, then the other ones are always so ghetto and usually have on baggy pants. I'm so sick of these people, they do not know how to do business at all.
