I've been using Flair cleaners for over a year now. Yes, the hours are great, the location is great but the serviceehhh. In my account I have it noted NO CREASES. It has been this way since day one. It is also noted on my red drop off bag and they even put tags on the pants to indicate no creases. Every week there is at least one pair of pants that are creased. I have to call, complain, get apologies, excuses and I am out two more trips to get them redone. It is becoming a hassle and a headache. Yea, I guess I could check my clothes before I leave, and my wife has actually done this when she picks them up, and like clockwork, there is something creased that she has to pullout and leave.

Ruined shirts

The service is fast and friendly. It took the staff months to figure out that wrinkles do not belong on a newly pressed shirt. Once my shirts came back pressed properly, shortly after that I had stains on all 7 of my white work shirts. No one told me anything about it when I picked up my shirts. I found out when I got home and each hanger had a tag on it that read my shirts were stained. My shirts did not have large yellow stains on the entire middle/front portion when I brought them in. So even though you will get your clothes back fast, the quality of work is not worth the time saved. I do not recommend this cleaners at all to anyone.
