Ed, the Service Technician replaced old seized hinges on my drive gate with the Shut It hinges with the sealed bearings so no maintenance required. He did a great job and the gate is virtually friction less now which will make the gate operator last a lot longer. Quick, efficient and left the site clean. The price was fair too. I would recommend Court's Electric gate repair to anyone. The Shut IT hinges are top of the line and great quality too so Court use the right gear!!!
