I havent worked with them yet, but the are quick to respond, came by for an estimation for water damage restoration and gave us the estimation in the said time frame. The person who came for the estimation was knowledgable and explained us on what needs to be fixed and how things work with the insurance and so on. It was very helpful, and I am looking forward to work with them.

All I can say is Wow! I had two Cbc technicians come and clean my 11 year of sofa and sitting chairs. They look brand new. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous . I am definitely recommending CBC to all my friends.

In June of this year, we had 2 water losses in as many weeks and CBC came out both times and took care of us as if we were family. All of the crews from the emergency to restoration were wonderful. I would recommend them to everyone!

First, I want to say I am one of the owners of CBC but we use our company to clean our carpets, upholstery and tile in our home about every 3-6 mos and our 19 yr old white carpet looks like new! We have 2 dogs, and 3 teenagers so I think this is a testimony for what a great job the cleaning staff does. We are very proud of CBC's staff who have been with us as many as 26 yrs, 24 yrs, 13 yrs and 5-8 yrs! All the cleaning & restoration staff are IICRC certified and participate in monthly education and training courses. They are courteous, knowledgeable and a report card is left on every job (including at our house!) to allow positive and corrective feedback. If something isn't perfect- we want to know so we can always improve! Thanks for listening!!! I LOVE my clean carpets, tile & upholstery!

I am a Property Manager at an Apartment Community in Valencia and face not only carpet cleaning for lease renewals and turn overs, but also have the inconvenient floods in the units from time to time. CBC has ALWAY been on time, professional, and extremely sensitive to each situation I call them for. My residents are usually disgruntled when their home floods (who wouldn't be right?!?) but by the time the crew is finished, they are always more than satisfied with the work done and the prompt response they receive. I love them so much they now come do any repairs or damage control I need at my house! The prices can't be beat (and I have compared to every company in the Santa Clarita Valley). I would recommend this company to ANYONE who has a flood, restoration, or a simple carpet needing to be cleaned. WAY TO GO CBC!!!!!

CBC is a great company- from the helpful person who answered the phone to the professional and knowledgeable technician that cleaned my carpets and tile. I highly recommend this company- it was a very pleasant experience and my carpets and tile have never looked better!
