I can't rave enough about the great experience I had with the Service Team at Audi Valencia. Brittany is a true customer advocate who listened carefully to all of my concerns and assured that all of the items I wanted to address were serviced for a fair price. She took ownership of my issues as if it were her car. I felt like I had a someone on the inside looking out for me, acting on my behalf. We set financial thresholds for the service work and all of my service needs were met within my budget. I highly recommend Brittany and the service team at Valencia Audi. This was truly one of the best experiences I've had with a service center.
