Do not use this company! They charged $3,000, an outrageous price for 3 hours of work. What drew me in was the polite and professional manner of the person on the phone and the technician who came to my house (maybe the same person?). The price was shocking, but I needed it done and he was there so went with it - my mistake and I'm beating myself up for it. I asked for an itemized receipt that showed material cost and labor and was told they don't do that. Is that even legal? It is deceitful and unethical.

Called for a replacement of a water heater, They were quick to arrive and price was spot on. Would highly recommend this service to other people.

Josh assured me that his work would be up to city code when the work was completed. WHAT A LIE! Josh failed to install the T&P line. Another employee came over to install the T&P pipe and told me a cabinet is in the way. He can"t remove the cabinet. So after being charged $2,800.00 for this incomplete work I have to now hire someone else to remove and then replace the cabinet. Josh should have told me before he started the job that the cabinet was in the way. I would have called another company that would do the complete job. I called to talk with a supervisor about the incomplete work and he just made excuses and did not offer any solutions or refunds. So now I have to hire someone to remove the cabinet, then reschedule an appointment with this terrible company to correct the job that should have been completed on the first visit. This company LIES and does not keep up with the CITY CODES and that is VERY BAD business for the price that they charge for their work.

This company salesman is not honest. I have ordered a water heater replacement installation package from Sears. This company salesman said could match Sear's price. I canceled Sear's order and ordered it from this company,because their information stick on my old water heater. After installation,I found out they installed a short warranty more cheap water heater.I questioned the sales manager why.He said price matching didn't mean spec matching.

This is the most dishonest company I've encountered. My water heater pilot would not remain on and I know the thermal couple needs to be replaced. I checked on the web and it's a $150 services, although the thermal couple is a $10 part, I thought it's justified cost to have a professional came out to replace it. The guy came out and said he can change the thermal couple for $ 499 but no guarantee if the thermal couple is the problem. He pushes for a new one. He let me talk to his manager who told me the thermal couple cost is $ 299 and another $ 200 for labor. My husband brought a thermal couple for $10 from HD and it only took 2 screws to change it. 5 min job. I would have paid the $150 most people charge but these guys cut so steep that it's insulting.

I wish we had read these comments before we purchaed a their water heater. Ours went out yesterday and they quoted us $2422 for 50 gal tank. with a 12 year warranty. Truly they are not affordable. We will never purchase another one from them!!

I had purchased the previous water heater from them for about $500. So I called them again six years later when the old one gave up the ghost. They came and estimated $2200, saying that state rules had changed for installation and required type of water heater. It was the day before Thanksgiving, so I believed them. But after the emergency, I checked with Lowes. They would sell me a better water heater with a longer warranty [12 years] for &688 and install it for $269. So the "Affordable" in this company's name should perhaps be "Ripoff." DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

THIS COMPANY RIPS PEOPLE OFF!!! CHARGING $3000+ FOR A WATER HEATER!!!!



SHOULD ONLY BE $1500.
