The service her is horrible. Everytime I call I get someone random and they have to transfer me over to the correct office/nurse. Once transferred over I, 95% of the time get the receptionist's voicemail or the nurse's voicemail and it seems to take them day if not hours on end to return my calls. The voicemail will say repeated calls are unnecessary but, after hearing no response you have to do a repeated call just to get their attention! And then, after going to see Dr. Mahmood Eisa for over a year! He is telling me, through his nurse, who calls after their closing time with a voicemail that they will have to try and transfer me over to a specialist in Atlanta! I already have to travel over and hour just get to them! What in the world would possess them to think I can go that far! What is that they are not getting about LISTENING to your patients. You have exhausted all of your so called "knowledge" try it my way! You might get something done and stop pushing me aside!
