Being new to the Tucson area, I saw this store as I was passing by to do a job in the area. I was excited to go check it out. At the end of the work day I went home and traded out vehicles, but did not have time to change my uniform

I returned to the store and I was happy to see they had some of the ammo that I could not find anywhere else. I made my selections being about $150 worth of ammo and accessories, and went to the counter to inquire about an FN SCAR and to purchase ammo.

When I approached the counter, an older gentleman walked up to me whom I assume was a manager or the owner. I thought he was going to help me. He looked at the logo on my uniform and "said oh, you work for $#&@". I said yes I do, do you have a question sir? The man just shook his head in disgust and walked away and began talking to someone else. After a few minutes I returned all the products to the shelf and walked out. I'll never attempt to do business there again.

Since then, I have found a couple great gun stores in Sierra Vista I will be shopping with from now on. Trail Boss will not be one of them!!!

When Gary first opened Trail Boss last year, I was more than happy that a gun store had opened in Vail. The inventory is one of the best I've ever seen in any one gun store anywhere. The staff is knowledgeable and more than qualified to answer any question about any weapon in the store. I can't see any reason to go anywhere else.
