My family and I have been living in these apartments for 6 months now and it has been everything BUT pleasant. Upon initial move in we found the apartment still dirty, damages unfixed, and ANTS throughout the kitchen and bathroom. When we mentioned this, they informed me that they would send maintenance over to "take care of it." Maintenon brought a can of raid, sprayed all the ants, handed me the can, and my wife and I had to clean them up. We live on the 3rd floor and there is almost no water pressure. The water heaters fire sprinkler leaked all over our items in the storage closet, causing a huge cleanup and loss of items. We have had issues with the appliances and the dish washer isn't properly seated in the ground. My wife noticed some wet, appearing, spots starting to show in the master bedroom, so we called maintenance. They came and nearly painted over the spots to hide them. Recently they changed the garbage services for the entire apartments: they eliminated ALL trash dumpsters in the complex and contracted a company to come pick it up. We are suppose to just leave our trash in the halls, at night, and they come pick it up. This makes you feel like living in a complete ghetto with trash everywhere and even worse on windy days. They now no longer pick up trash on Friday and Saturday (two of the heaviest days of the week) making trash build up even more. The trash they supposedly dispose of if thrown in the empty dumpster areas and left over night all over the ground, attracting all sorta of vermin.

This place is nothing more than a shiny piece of $&@! With a facelift of a decent landscaping. Do not move here!
