I was looking for an insurance agent who I could trust and found Carmen Rodriguez and her CSR's at Farmers Insurance group Located at 120 Peabody road Vacaville ca. I was hesitant to trust insurance agents. After a terrible accident i went to visit mi in Pittsburg California, since i had insurance on my two cars or at least i thought i did insurance, since i was paying my premiums Evey six month.

All scared and sad i went to his office but for my surprise the office was closed and there was no place to fins the man. They have been very honest with me, caring and supportive in this economy. If i forget to pay my bill they always call to remind me of it so i would not be without insurance. Thank you Carmen and employees
