Love to collect the monthly fee, don't like to pick it(garbage) up, pic below was paper that had not been picked up in 6 mos and they placed the can on the lids so the paper blew all over the place...regular garbage they will skip a week unless you call them on it which is one of their tactics.VP, salesman, depot managers all are expert liars....said they had 3 trucks down that week one of their piece of crap trucks brakes failed and crashed), drivers quit, depot mgr quit, customers quit....blah, blah, blah.....

Never ever hire this company for your rubbish removal. I've had to call 4 weeks in a row because they fail to pick up my trash on my scheduled day. Always an excuse... Truck broke down, couldn't get to the containers, etc. Dont know how they stay in business, but by the looks of these reviews, maybe not much longer.

Unreliable and irresponsible.

This company is awful I believe they are short trucks or workers ,when I started with them a about 3 months ago they would come late around 6 pm pickup which I knew when I signed up not to bad then after a week or so got skipped,got picked up around 9 pm at night not a reliable company at all you call they are always rude and ask where you put your garbage ummm at the curb same place you picked up before oh we will send someone as soon as possible.Also don't out anything extra at your curb but your can they will leave it unless you call and pay extra or it can go in can.Also I threw a fan away in the can they took it out of the can took all the garbage and left the fan on the side really !!!awful think twice before you hire this company

HORRIBLE! Our town just switched from Syracuse Haulers to this company. I have watched these guys pick up our garbage a few times now. They throw the barrels everywhere, and all of our covers are gone. They stop to untie the bags to look through them (good luck... lots of dirty diapers in there). Then, they leave half of the garbage behind for NO reason. I haven't thrown out anything I'm not supposed to have in there, so there is no explanation for this. We also sort for recycling. At least they take all of that stuff!

This company is perhaps the rudest and thoughtless company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I paid this company for three months of service and was cancelled for no reason repeatedly. I have also been waiting almost 4 months for garbage cans- It is a different excuse everytime I call. They are rude on the phone- make false promises- NEVER pick up my garbage when it is supposed to be picked up. I have even spoken to their owner- he never apologized for any of this and just brushed me off- once my contract is up I will be going to someone else!!

If you want your garbage to be picked up, to have garbage cans, to be treated with respect, like you are a real human with feelings - then you need to go ANYWHERE BUT HERE
