Absolutely horrid service. Rick was the nicest guy ever when I was getting a quote, but when it came to dropping my vehicle off, he was the biggest a**hole I have ever met. He blew up at me because I had one piece of luggage in the car (which he told me was fine on the phone) and ended up raising the price $150 because I was "lieing" about the quote he gave me over the phone. He spent several minutes yelling and swearing at me at the top of his lungs. Unfortunately I had to be on a plane later that day and had no choice but to deal with his absolutely rude attitude and scam practices. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this guy. One of the worst people I have ever met in life. Other reviews on Google show him and his employees have no regard for their customers.

Me and my wife travel to and from Florida from season to season. And the gentleman at USA auto hauling really took care of us.
