I purchased a Caldera hot tub from these folks long ago, and it has been great. What I like is that they are always helpful with questions about maintaining the spa water, give me a discount on chemicals because I bought my spa there, and the service folks winterize my spa when I go to Florida in the winter for a reasonable price.

We bought our Caldera Spa from Tradewinds in Utica about a year ago and this has been one of the best purchases we have ever made. The Spa is surperb and the Sales and service from Tradewinds has been nothing but spectacular. I definitely reccomend them if you are looking for a quality spa from someone that has been in the business for over 25 years. Tony from St Hghts.
