Emailed for a broken spring service. Same day service which was good. But when the technician showed up he wasn’t very friendly and complained about road construction on our street. Not the best first impression. He completed the job in a timely manner but after he sat in the truck 15 minutes evidently working on my bill, still on the clock he came out and told me it was $324.83 for 2 springs. He made me sign his paperwork but did not show me a break down of the bill or any explanation of the bill. Finally almost 5 days later I received a detail break down of the services. I was charged $16.90 for Shop Supplies (last time I check he may used a little silicone pub that’s it, no where near $16.90 in parts for two broken springs) plus $8.36 in fuel surcharge. Come on, that’s ridiculous after you are already charging $97 a hour for labor. Shop around. This used to be a quality company, had used them in the past but they have got greedy and not so professional. One last little thing was when he was done he left the mess on the ground, did not sweep anything up. Not what I expect for that expensive of labor charge.

HORRIBLE a complete disaster. delays, wrong order, lies, terrible customer service. avoid at all costs

When our garage door's spring broke, I left a message late in the evening, and a receptionist called me back at 0727 the next morning, sending Jared out to fix the door by the next afternoon. Jared called me a couple times to assure that the service was indeed wanted, and also approved the parts and labor costs before submitting them to my credit card. Great job, Jared and company!!
